1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Revento app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using Revento's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Revento is an event-sharing mobile application that allows users to add friends, create events, join events, and message other users. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by this reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Revento or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Revento, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 1 hour' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
